There are different deductions depending on whether you are certified disabled or blind or age 65 or older, or whether you are under age 21, pregnant, or a parent of a child under age 21. When we count your income, we take your gross monthly income and then subtract certain deductions. The amount is the difference between the monthly Medicaid income limit and your countable income.
